TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
To view your videos, log onto your account and click on \"Orders.\"
Then click on the link under \"Watch Movies\" The movie should start automatically.

First, please make sure you are on a PC with Windows XP or Vista and using the Microsoft Internet Explorer
Web browser.
If you need Internet Explorer, you can download it for free directly from Microsoft by clicking the following link:

Next, make sure you have Windows Media Player Version 10 or higher installed on the PC. If you have an older version, or are unsure of the version you have installed, you can download the most current version for free directly from Microsoft

Once you’re sure your using Internet Explorer and have a current version of Windows Media Player, then please do the following:
1) First, TURN UP the Volume on your SPEAKERS so if there is an error you will hear it.
2) Then, please go back to our store, click on “My Account” and log-in to your account with your email address and password
Your most recent orders will be displayed. Click “View” next to the order you had a trouble with
3) Go to bottom of order and click on link to play.
4) Please make certain you ACCEPT any request message to download files or ActiveX, please look in the toolbar of your browser.
